In 1963 Bonnie McLean, D.O.M., A.P., R.N., entered
Duke University School of Nursing. This
began a 45 year long journey into the world of healing as she searched
for how to work on a soul level in modern medicine. This journey took
her through the hospital, clinic, and public
health systems in Western Medicine, through the birth of
Holistic Medicine during the 1970s in California, through the domain
of Psychology, through the early stages
of Chinese Medicine in the U.S. in the 1980s, into the world of
Energy Healing, and into the realm of ancient Shamanism as
she studied with contemporary teachers of Earth Medicine and
worked deeply with indigenous healers throughout the world. She will be
sharing this personal heartfelt inner and outer journey and what she has
learned along the way.
We will be learning many self-healing techniques designed to
empower us and which can help us stay strong, centered, and healthy
during this remarkable time in the Earth's history. A keynote part of
this afternoon will be introducing the work of Master
Zhi Gang Sha. Master Sha is a
physician, healer, and spiritual teacher from
Mainland China who is currently traveling across the U.S. and
Canada healing thousands of people, many with "incurable" diseases such
as cancer, auto-immune diseases, and intractable pain. He teaches what
he calls "Soul, Mind, Body Medicine " (in this order).
Dr. Sha's Soul Medicine includes ancient and contemporary Chinese
methods of self-healing and how to keep our energy bodies at a high
vibration as we approach the year 2012 and beyond. This presentation
will include an introduction of some of these methods as well as some
simple yet powerful rejuvenating qi gong exercises taught by qi gong
instructor Bud Lawrence.
