Ralph Ring is a Natural Scientist and a Creative Technician who
in the late 1950s and early 1960s worked with Otis T. Carr,
a friend and
student of
Nikola Tesla,
and a team of dedicated scientists on and with Alternative
Technologies. One project was Teleportation. Ring was one of three to
pilot a Man-Made Spaceship.
In essence, the account is as follows: Ralph Ring
worked for a U.S.
Government funded research facility in the areas of Magnetics,
Levitation and Teleportation. Otis
Carr and a small group of engineers and
technicians, one of whom was Ralph, built a flying disk, powered by
rotating electromagnets in conjunction with a number of small, ingenious
capacitor-like devices called "Utrons". A number of prototypes were
built, ranging in size from experimental models a few feet across to a
passenger-carrying spacecraft (the OTC-X1) which was fully 45 feet in
diameter. They were
capable of traveling at speeds in
excess of the speed of light.
The smaller disks flew successfully – one even
disappeared completely and was never found – and Ralph himself testifies
to having co-piloted, with two other men, the large craft a distance of
some ten miles. In a dramatic experiment the spacecraft traversed this
distance
instantaneously!
Ring describes the
phenomenon as a teleportation spacecraft. He recently stepped forward
to publicly reveal how various government agencies intervened to halt
the project.
A new published article discussing Ralph Ring, Otis Carr, and the OTC-X1
is titled "How the U.S. Government Suppressed the World's First
Civilian Spacecraft" and is available online in a number of formats
at:
www.exopoliticsjournal.com.
The article was written by Dr. Michael Salla, a former university
professor of international politics, and Chief Editor of Exopolitics
Journal. The article examines Ring's testimony and the photographic
evidence Ralph has supplied to help verify his story. Some of the
photos have never before been released and help to prove that Carr had
succeeded in developing the OTC-X1.
Ralph’s talk will also tell of his ongoing interest and participation in
the area of Esoteric & Aether Knowledge and Technologies.
About Ralph Ring:
After leaving the U.S. Army in 1954, Ralph began an ongoing search
for answers to many questions concerning the Unknown. Ralph Ring is a
brilliant innovative technician who as a young man in the late 1950s and
early 1960s worked closely with Otis T. Carr. With the aid of his small
team, Carr, who was himself a protégé of the great inventor Nikola
Tesla, built a number of flying disks, which worked, prior to their
experimentation being forcibly terminated by government agents.
Ralph’s dream since birth has and is to produce Floating Homes, Cities
and Countries. |
