Planet Earth is legendary in the universe.  It was part of the Lucifer Rebellion and suffered as a result of the default of Adam & Eve.  Yet it was also the bestowal planet for Christ Michael, so it is revered and valued by the celestial realms.  Earth will one day be the jewel of the universe but today, the earth is in disarray.  The existing patterns of behavior only exacerbate the problems of the world, pushing us to the brink of destruction.  Yet, there is a plan for redemption.

For centuries people have prayed for divine intervention to help this planet.  The return of Jesus, the 12th Iman, Maitreya, Buddha, someone!  And intervention is on the way.  The Urantia Book was delivered to begin the process of educating a few people so that when the intervention arrives, someone will know what is going on and will be able to assist.

The Urantia Book (The Earth Book) was presented by celestial beings as a revelation to our planet, Urantia.  Many who have read it accept this assertion.  In the early 20th century, a physician practicing in Chicago became the head of a group known as the Contact Commission.  This small group was the focal point for the production of, and the primary custodian for, the final text of The Urantia Book.  They were sworn not to disclose details about the transactions in order to preclude future generations from venerating the participants.  It was considered important that no individual might be exalted through their association with The Urantia Book.  Because of its revelatory nature, the book must stand on its own merit.

The writings in the Book instruct us on the genesis, history, and destiny of humanity and on our relationship with God the Father.  They present a unique and compelling portrayal of the life and teachings of Jesus.  They open new vistas of time and eternity to the human spirit, and offer new details of our ascending adventure in a friendly and carefully administered universe.

The Urantia Book offers a clear and concise integration of science, philosophy, and religion.  Those who read and study it believe that The Urantia Book has the capacity to make a significant contribution to the religious and philosophical thinking of people worldwide.  The Urantia Book is available in English, Dutch, Finnish, French, Italian, Korean, Lithuanian, Portuguese, Russian, Romanian, Spanish, and German.  It is in the process of being translated in Chinese, Estonian, Farsi, Greek, Hungarian, Japanese, Polish, Swedish, and Urdu.

About Fred Harris:
Fred Harris is a practicing attorney in Tallahassee.  Fred was raised a Catholic.  He is married to Lucy, also an attorney, and they have two grown children.  One of Fred’s clients introduced him to the Urantia Book which Fred believes is an epochal revelation.  He says we are living in exciting times!  Fred is author of the book Correcting Time, Where the Revelation Meets the Road.
